Personal & Office Assistant (Diamonds/Wholesale & Retail)

Our Client is the leading supplier of Diamonds and Gemstones in South Africa. They are renowned for the quality of their ever-changing jewellery range. They have cemented their reputation as South Africas leading manufacturer and wholesaler suppliers. Their vision is to provide their clientele with the best quality products at the most competitive prices.

Job Type: Full Time | On-site
Salary: R12 000 - R15 000
Head Office: CBD Cape Town, South Africa

Requirements
  • Completed Matric and Tertiary Qualifications (NFQ Level 4)
  • Experience as a Personal Assistant or Office Assistant
  • Excellent Computer Literacy Skills and Communication skills
  • Experience using HubSpot
Responsibilities
  • Adding all deals to hubspot for the company
  • Analyse data on hubspot - how many deals are being uploaded and productivity of sales & marketing people and report to the business development manager
  • Sending emails on behalf when necessary and booking daily shipments with couriers
  • Follow up with clients on deals on the pipeline
  • Liaising with internal and external team members on various projects and tasks
  • Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the teams priorities are met, organisational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld
  • Manage professional and personal scheduling for management, including agendas,  mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior executives
  • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
  • Provide support to the team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently
  • Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing system and contact database
