We are looking for an experienced, efficient and customer-centric Office Manager to join our team and ensure our office hubs run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Youll be the central operations conduitowning facilities, vendors, admin workflows, budget controls, travel/events, and daytoday support while managing a team to ensure excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming environment.
What Youll Be Doing
As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Own daily office operations, frontofhouse, and facilities management (maintenance schedules, access control, cleaning, security, parking)
- Manage office moves, seating plans, meeting spaces, AV/VC equipment readiness; partner with IT for basic troubleshooting and escalations
- Maintain asset registers; coordinate repairs and preventative maintenance across vendors and service providers.
- Lead vendor sourcing, onboarding, SLAs, renewals (facilities, supplies, couriers, events, travel).
- Track office budgets, reconcile invoices/POs, monitor spend and costsavings.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition & HR on newhire onboarding logistics (workstations, access cards, welcome kits, orientation schedules)
- Coordinate inhouse and offsite events (town halls, launches etc)
- Uphold inclusive, highperformance office culture; act as point of contact for staff queries related to office operations
- Implement and monitor office health & safety procedures, evacuation drills and visitor logs
- Serve as the primary office point of contact; triage correspondence, calls, deliveries; maintain efficient filing and recordkeeping systems.
Essential Skills Youll Bring To The Table
The necessary skills that we require for this role include:
- 35+ years experience in office/facilities management or administrative leadership in highcompliance or technologydriven environments
- Proven vendor management, budgeting, and operational reporting capability
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder skills; able to juggle multiple deadlines calmly
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint) and standard office/AV tools
- Experience supporting multicountry teams in Africa
- Familiarity with basic H&S frameworks, space planning, and workplace experience programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
