Office manager wanted

Construction company in Johannesburg is expanding and is looking for an office manager.

Job responsibilities:

  • Daily tasks of sending Quotations and Invoices
  • Generating Orders and Job Card numbers
  • Receiving and capturing Supplier Invoices
  • Processing and capturing petty cash and petrol slips

Job requirements:

  • Experience in performing Debtors and Creditors lists on a monthly basis.
  • Be able to use and work on Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Be familiar with accounting / stock management program, a full training course will be provided, on our specific system being used
  • Candidate must be motivated and self driven, the position available comes with a lot of responsibilities and you must be able to manage your time successfully and at times under pressure
  • We are looking for an individual who works well with people and is a team player
  • Candidate must have a valid licence
