SHEQ Officer

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Administration of SHEQ Management System
  • Maintain near misses, VFLs, incidents reports
  • Participate in RCIs:
  • Accidents
  • IODs
  • Compile SHEQ compliance file/ reports (monthly)
  • Maintain the contracts monthly score card
  • SHEQ meeting minutes
  • Control Audits Corrective action plans
  • Control and coordinate RCI KES Corrective Action plans
  • Scheduling and conducting of Job Observation (announced and non-announced)
  • Scheduling of Health and safety meetings
  • Help in preparing awareness campaigns / information and presentations
  • Co-ordinate ERPs
  • Coordinate SHEQ training requirements
  • Co-ordinate Walk about inspections reports
  • Co-ordinate VFL reports
  • Participate in depot/ branch/ contract audits and inspections
  • Issue and Participates in Safety Stand Downs and toolbox talks
  • Coordinate and compile SHEQ Compliance records
  • Co-ordinate SHEQ Compliance issues
