SALES CONSULTANT

Reports to: Sales Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Sales Consultant is responsible for managing clients, providing exceptional client service, and monitoring and attaining sales target. Exacting and highly focused sales experience in luxury product sales is required.

Please note that the successful applicant will be based in studio full-time, and work set hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing the sales process with assigned customers
Answering and dealing with all queries, complaints and fee proposals efficiently
Monitoring the payments of sales invoices
Monitoring the progress of Manufacturing and keeping clients updated
After sales servicing to client
Works closely with the Design unit with regards to Design Project sales
Provides accurate product specification sheets to the Production unit for ordering & manufacturing
Interface with Production for bespoke furniture quotes
Assist and manage all walk-in clients
Developing and maintaining a sales base
Provide exceptional Customer Service Management
Comply with Sales Policies and standards
Monitor and meet sales targets
Drive targeted sales campaigns

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND CRITERIA
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Ability to accurately understand and interpret instructions
Understanding of the production process
The ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills
Able to set and achieve deadlines and give regular updates on progress
Methodical, accurate and consistent attention to detail
Able to remain calm and work in high-pressure environments
Self-motivated and able to take responsibility
Demonstrate initiative and be pro-active towards daily tasks
Able to build good relationships at all levels both internally and externally
Team player

ADVANTAGEOUS CRITERIA
Relevant Qualification
Minimum 2 years experience in Sales and Project Management essential

Able to demonstrate a high degree of professionalism
Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
Able to take instruction respectfully
