Job Description
This role provides distribution support to a senior Provincial General Manager and stakeholders and is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts.
- Effective implementation of provincial initiatives through guidance from the Provincial General Manager.
- The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results and maintaining professional internal and external relationships through own efforts.
- Proactively establishes and maintains stakeholder relationships by supporting the channels, providing the necessary feedback and ensuring active communication amongst Internal and External stakeholders.
- Management of Controllable Expenses vs. Provincial Budget on operational deliverables.
- Events Management: Planning and organising of all events such as but not limited to, Regional roadshows, year-end functions/awards, provincial meetings, ad hoc training or group bookings and travel requirements.
- Accurately compiling, distributing and editing reports on a monthly basis for the business.
- Adherence to all relevant processes and ensure an acceptable accuracy quota is met.
- Displays proficiency in planning, organising and prioritising on business processes, requirements and needs.
- Provide timely feedback to all relevant stakeholders internally and externally.
- Ensures efficiencies and that deadlines are always demonstrated.
- Management of Provincial Recruitment/onboarding process.
- Manage all ordering, reporting, refund process within the Region and timeously provide feedback to internal and external Stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.
- Effectively contribute to ensuring a customer-led business that wins in our chosen markets.
- Displays self-development and teamwork. Demonstrates willingness to learn and grow.
