Omni Channel Sport Leader

Responsibilities: This role will form part of and be ancillary to the day-to-day responsibilities of a sport leader for the store, which the responsibilities include:

Picking items (products) from the floor for an online order
Packing these items and ensuring that they are ready for collection by the courier.
Ensuring that all orders for a particular day have been processed.
Ensuring that all click and collect orders are ready within the delivery promise time

communicated (i.e., collect your order within 4 hours)

Ensure quality picking
Ensure a clean working environment
Attend to Zendesk and other digital internal queries

Time Commitment: 100% time commitment

We will have cut-off times to ensure a smooth logistics process for all door-to-door deliveries.
All click and collect orders are not subject to cut-off times. They do however have to be prepared within the delivery promise time frame.

Click and collect is a hybrid e-commerce model in which people purchase or select items online and pick them up in-store or at a centralized collection point. The hybrid model is designed to streamline the processes involved in making in-store purchases and payments.
