Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, technology)
- 7+ years of experience in Issuing and Acquiring operations in a bank/fintech
- Extensive experience working on payment product/processes in SSA region
- Knowledge of both Issuing and Acquiring operational activities
- Strong knowledge of process design methodologies
- Provide input to facilitate the documentation the processes of the operations value chain for an Issuer which includes customer onboarding, activation, transaction processing and other processes in South Africa
- Provide input to facilitate the documentation the processes of the operations value chain for an Acquirer which includes activities such as merchant activation, settlement, and other processes in South Africa
- Facilitate knowledge transfer of all the operational activities within the clients group entities in South Africa through a train the trainer approach.
- Provide input to training material to be documented by Client Learning and Development Team
