Operational Systems Implementation Officer

An opportunity has arisen for a highly energised System Implementation Officer. This incumbent will be required to travel both locally and regional for the implementation of operational software within the business.

They will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and executing the deployment of newsystems or upgrades to existing systems to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Facilitates, co-ordinates and analyses all continuous improvement activities. Trains the teams on best practices of how to use the CI tools and identify continuous improvement initiatives. Liaises effectively on collection of data for analysis and facilitates team or KAIZEN meetings. Follows standard problem solving techniques, and communicates effectively with team members and senior

management to ensure all CI activities are aligned with the Business Unit strategy, and documented in the database accordingly.
