Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation
- Ensure timekeeping is up to date for month-end processing
- Monitor stock levels and consumables for uninterrupted service
- Place monthly, weekly, and daily orders on D365 or manually for stock required at the office, based on information from the Warehouse Administrator
- Follow up on all orders placed with suppliers and report back to management on short stock and/or back orders
- Assist the Operations Manager with daily operational tasks and reporting
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets.
- Knowledge of MS Office/Excel and databases.
- Attention to detail with an ability to spot grammar, spelling and punctuation.
- Attention to detail.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems
- Good Financial background.
- Data Capturing (Accuracy).

- Understanding of hygiene and safety standards
Qualifications
- Grade 12 / Matric,
- Certificate/diploma in Finance, accounting and administration experience or knowledge essential
- 3 years experience in in a similar position is essential.
- AX and D365 experience an advantage.
