DTech Operations Analyst and Coordinator

The key purpose of the role is to lead, coordinate and manage key DTech operational projects, activities and initiatives.

Key roles and responsibilities:
  • Managing and coordinating key DTech events and initiatives across Africa
  • Lead DTech recognition and awards programs
  • Support relevant engagement initiatives across all teams in DTech
  • Managing and maintaining of relevant performance metrics tracking, reporting and analysis
  • General administration activities (calendar management, budgets, claims, procurement)
  • Preparation of stakeholder presentations
  • Managing and delivering key projects and deliverables for S&O Director
  • General office management activities
Profile:
  • Min Tertiary qualification
  • At least 1-2 years working experience is required
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office essential, SAP added advantage)
  • Sound interpersonal / communication skills and the ability to liaise with senior management and external stakeholders
  • Team player with the ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally
  • Ability to work under pressure yet remaining meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to operate independently and take initiative
  • A pro-active approach essential
  • Ability to play a key supporting role between the Team and the Manager
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Ability to meet deadlines is essential
  • A highly organized work style is necessary to handle the range of tasks, people and issues
  • Experience on SAP or other ERP system would be considered an advantage
  • Ability to interpret and manipulate basic data
  • Advanced abilities on PowerPoint
