Marketing Operations Associate

Our client, a fast-growing consulting organization that specializes in affiliate marketing/PR support for DTC businesses, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Associate to join their team. Our client works closely with various DTC brands to streamline their affiliate marketing processes, optimize operations, and drive results. This role is ideal for someone who is equally focused on quality and efficiency, a critical thinker who not only executes but also takes ownership in improving processes. Youll support the team with operational tasks, affiliate program management, and optimizing workflows through AI tools.

Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Program Support: Assist in managing affiliate networks, relationships, and partnerships from the backend, ensuring smooth operation of affiliate programs for DTC brands.
Operational Support: Provide operational and administrative support, including but not limited to organizing data, maintaining spreadsheets, and preparing reports.
Task Optimization: Utilize AI tools to optimize workflows, automate processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
Creative Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and implement solutions to improve affiliate marketing processes and operational effectiveness.
Data Management: Support data entry, tracking, and management in spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
Process Improvement: Suggest and drive improvements in affiliate program operations, contributing to the overall success of the business.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to support the execution of affiliate campaigns and meet client needs.
Learning & Adaptability: Be open to learning new tools, systems, and processes to enhance skills and drive better results for the business.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in operations or marketing support, preferably in a DTC or affiliate environment.
Experience with affiliate networks and managing DTC brand partnerships is highly advantageous.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to proactively manage tasks and processes.
Experience using AI tools to optimize tasks and workflows is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysis.
Solution-driven mindset with a focus on achieving operational excellence.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Operational mindset, adaptable to various tasks and willing to learn new processes.
