Where will the successful candidate fit in

?Based within the Operations Department in our Consumer Division, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a smooth billing experience

.Job Dutie

• sEnsure clients are correctly billed for their services.
• Ensure all data is correct.
• Communicate between teams and co-ordinate activities.
• Deal with clients first billing queries or issues.
• Update Projects daily by pulling reports for client Projects that are live, ensure all is in order in preparation for closure.
• Ticket management.
• Manage client reconnects for non-paying clients who then make payment.
• Assist with back-billing, where necessary and ensure payment plans with customers are communicated cross-departmentally.
• Ensure all client data is accurate and tickets are updated regularly.
• Communicate with various departments and external companies to own and resolve customer billing issues.
• Administrating support for internal audits for billing when requested.
• Own process documentation with the assistance of the team.
• Operations billing reporting.
• And any other reasonable task.

Requirement

• sCompleted grade 12 or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a billing administrator role.
• Minimum of 2 years in a customer facing role.
• Proficient in office work.
• Has prior experience developing reports in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of connectivity services or previous ISP experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, internally and with customers.
• Excellent analytical abilities & problem solving
• Self-motivation and self-managing
• Attention to detail
• Discipline/respect for confidentialit
