Operations Coordinator

To ensure that operational throughput in Warehouse, Image Processing Centre, Vault and Business Support is performed in accordance with quality and client SLA requirements at all times. Responsible for the success of the operations and the overall Business Support division which includes Technical Support resources and Project Management resources by providing a framework or structure that enables the implementation of the business solution / product and management of the project(s) across product disciplines within and outside of Metrofile.
