Operations coordinator is needed in Cape Town.
Job responsibilities:
- In this position, you will be responsible for coordination of our engineer’s activities related to service and support of Kongsberg Maritime products across entire Sub –Saharan Africa region.
- In addition you will also attend to our local after-market support activities by providing our customers with spare parts sales quotations and handling deliveries from logistics perspective including supervision of our local warehouse.

- Daily coordination of customer inquiries
- Daily coordination of services
- Direct contact with our valued customers
- Handling of spare parts inquiries
- Local spare parts stock control including in/out logistics
- Administration over company service activities including reporting
- Invoicing
- Cooperation with our HQ in Norway and with other Kongsberg Maritime offices worldwide
- Support of outstanding payments collection efforts
- Visa and other travel documents arrangements
- Continuously strive to maintain customer satisfaction
- Contributing and making sure that our team performs with best spirit
Job requirements:
- Matriculation or Diploma in Logistics, Administration, Business, Economy, Marketing and similar
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite
- Awesome interpersonal and cooperation skills
- Great communication skills
- Excellent command of English language
