Youll need 10+ years exp in insurance financial services, including operations management in a highly sales-driven environment; exp in multiple functional business areas supporting bringing new products, processes and services to the market; excellent tactical operations planning and management skills; a Bachelors degree or greater in business, sciences, engineering, or technology; as well as completed RE1 and RE5 FAIS qualifications.
