We are looking for a hands-on, organised, and people-focused Operations Manager to join our dynamic and growing real estate team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating structure, keeping things running smoothly, and being a reliable pillar of support within a busy office environment.
This is a key role within the business and will suit someone who is proactive, adaptable, and confident in managing day-to-day operations while supporting both agents and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and manage daily office operations
- Assist in managing and maintaining operational systems and processes
- Work closely with CRM platforms (training and experience required)
- Provide IT and systems support to the team
- Support agents and management with operational and administrative needs
- Ensure workflows, data, and systems run smoothly and efficiently
- CRM training and practical experience
- Strong IT knowledge and confidence with systems
- Knowledge of HubSpot
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Full-time, on-site position
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 17:00
- Company vehicle provided
