Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Gauteng, South Africa. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes. Qualifications
- Strong experience in Operations Management, Supply Chain, and Logistics
- Proficiency in Process Improvement, Workflow Optimization, and Strategic Planning
- Excellent Leadership, Communication, and Team Management skills
- Ability to analyze data, monitor performance, and implement solutions
- Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems and processes is a plus
- Working knowledge of compliance with operational and industry standards
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in similar roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment
