This role requires a hands-on leader with strong organisational, problem-solving, and people management skills, ideally with experience in the ICT or a similar fast-paced environment.
Operations Management
- Manage and allocate incoming operational tasks effectively
- Maintain and update daily driver schedules
- Ensure accurate invoicing in line with customer orders
- Oversee stock receipt, control, accountability, and security
- Generate purchase orders, including packaging requirements
- Monitor dispatch documentation, filing, and supplier invoices
- Report stock variances and implement corrective actions
- Ensure proper handling of demo and loan devices
- Compile and submit accurate operational reports within deadlines, including:
- Aftersales Reports
- Loan Devices Reports
- Monthly Mr Price Reports
- Provide direction, guidance, and support to the Operations team
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews
- Identify training needs and support staff development
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and professional team culture
- Matric and/or relevant Diploma (minimum)
- 3+ years experience in a similar operations management role
- Previous experience within the ICT sector (advantageous)
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Valid drivers licence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
