Requirements:
Grade 12 Diploma in Hospitality Management
3 years exp. in a Senior Hotel Management
Computer literacy in Opera, Marsha and MS Office
Own transport and drivers license essential
Job description:
Leadership. manage and oversee all departments within the Hotel
Manage day to day operations
Drive goals of Hotel in relation to all outlets
Manage of HR paperwork for the Hotel
Revenue management hotel rates
Process of balancing hotel inventory between Marsha and Opera
Assisting in departmental stock takes
All Rooms and Food and Beverage reports
Recruitment process of Departmental Staff Leading training and motivating the team
