What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:
You will drive performance and service delivery alongside mid-senior management within the Collections Department.
Youll be focused on driving campaign performance and tracking outcomes. Youll be reporting to the Head of Department, most of whom will have started as an advisor themselves, so they are the best placed to support you. You will be effectively coaching and mentoring your Service Delivery Managers and team Managers to better overall campaign performance. You have an existing soundtrack record in managing workplace relations. You have great Leadership skills and excellent planning and organizational skills. You have good writing and effective communication skills and you have great working experience of MS Office Suite at Intermediate Level.

You are an existing Operations Manager with at least 3 years of Team Management experience working in a utilities BPO (Energy) environment. You are vibrant, energetic, and full of charisma and determined to make this role your own. You are a person who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You are forward-thinking and driven to always be your best. You thrive in driving performance and cultivating great relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You are a confident leader who strives to achieve the best results possible. You embrace change and Deliver excellent customer service through social media platforms. We do ask that you have a willingness to learn and an ambition to shine! If you have the attributes above, you are going to love it here! You have proven experience managing Team Managers and Junior Managers and a good record of success in achieving productivity and revenue targets. You have experience in collections and/or credit management will be a distinct advantage.
You also have a High-level ability in people management including leading, motivating, and developing direct reports and customer-facing employees. You have a track record of success in managing client relationships and a good understanding of the customer contact centre industry and associated technological solutions.
