Operations staff (OPS) is required for a fast paced upmarket restaurant franchise in Durbanville.
Job requirements:
- Have a passion for the industry, be ambitious, a team player and be very hands on.
- Have 3 - 5 years managerial experience
- Have sound Spirit, Cocktail, wine and food knowledge
- Have basic Computer Knowledge, word, Outlook and excel
- Be strong in both FOH & BOH.
- Have leadership abilities
- Be well spoken and presentable
- Have their own transport
- Have relevant tertiary education
- Preferably be aged between 25 and 40
- This position is suited to a passionate, dedicated individual who wants to grow and run the business as his/her own.
