A position as Operations Support Manager exists in Outsourced Business in Hill on Empire. The successful candidate will be responsible for Strategic and Operational alignment of initiatives relating to Outsourced Business (OB). This role will report to the Manager: Outsourced Business Operations.
Principal Accountabilities Include
- Commercial Lines Underwriting Triggers and Control Reports - ensure all Control Reports and Triggers relating to all Outsourced Business Partners on Third-Party Administration Systems are received timeously.
- Drive Compliance to Cyber Risk Assessment. Drive timeous remediation of risk items identified.
- Cyber & Professional Indemnity (PI) Insurance Drive receipt of the most current certificates.
- SAM & CBR Update and submit the template timeously to the SAM/CBR Team.
- Drive, implement and monitor all regulatory, governance and compliance matters including ad-hoc projects relating to:
- Data Leakage Prevention (blocking of USB Ports, encryption of data)
- PPR Disclosure Notices
- Contract management
- Incident & loss reporting
- Transport Layer Security (TLS)
- Checklists (New and Cancelled binder agreements)
- Conflict of Interest
- Ad-hoc projects that may arise from time to time
- Higher Certificate in Insurance
- Minimum 5 years experience in the non-life insurance industry
- Some level of experience in risk management, regulatory compliance and governance would be an advantage
- Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Understanding of the OB model would be an advantage
