Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Optical Assistant located in Durbanville. The Optical Assistant will assist optometrists with patient care, manage customer inquiries, handle eyewear sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, conducting preliminary eye tests, and providing guidance on eyewear selection. The role combines professional optometry assistance with exceptional customer service.
