About the role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our clients sales team. The primary purpose of this role is to connect with cold and warm leads, effectively qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for the Sales Representatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in both appointment setting and closing sales, playing a crucial role in driving revenue, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality leads into the sales pipeline, and contributing directly to the success of the sales team.

Experience In The Blue-collar/trades Industry Is Preferred.

What you'll be doing:
  • Conduct outreach to warm and cold leads, introducing the organization and its membership benefits.
  • Qualify prospects through consultative conversations to assess needs and fit.
  • Nurture relationships with leads via phone, email, and SMS to build trust and engagement.
  • Confidently present membership value, handle objections, and close sales with integrity.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM for tracking and follow-up.
  • Track and report on key sales metrics, including outreach activity, appointments, and conversions.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring Sales Representatives have the details they need.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies, share insights, and improve results.
  • Represent the organizations mission and values in every stage of the sales process.
Who are we looking for:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or lead generation.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding appointment-setting goals in a sales-driven environment.
  • Experience qualifying leads to match the target audience and services.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Experience in the trades industry is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems for managing leads and tracking follow-ups.
Position: Outbound Sales Representative

Remote Status: Remote

Preferred Location: Global

Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm EST

Holidays: US Local Holiday

Salary: USD 800 to USD 1200 per month
