What This Role Looks Like
Youll start by overseeing internal workflows and keeping the team on track. As you settle in, youll become more outward-facing speaking with venues, sponsors, photographers, and partners and ultimately running our recurring networking events independently.
Long term, this role grows with the business as we expand into new verticals.
What Youll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily team output and keeping work organised
- Providing feedback and light management support
- Managing inboxes and communications
- Speaking regularly with venues, sponsors, and partners
- Representing the brand and building relationships
- Taking on new responsibilities as the business evolves
- Someone with prior management or team-lead experience
- Comfortable being on calls and representing a brand
- Clear, neutral communicator
- Organised, reliable, and proactive
- Looking for a long-term role, not a short stop
