Programme Manager: Human Resource

We require a Senior experienced programme manager able to lead the Programme Management Function for [client] Human Resources. Must be able to operate at Exco level. Must be familiar with technology solution implementations like ERP systems and other HR technology. Able to seamlessly operate and build relationships across different functions in Woolworths. A good understanding of the HR Function will be an added advantage.

MAIN PURPOSE:

Leads HR programs and initiatives that support the overall goals and objectives of [client]. This role incumbent needs to effectively manage HR projects, provide leadership to cross-functional teams, and continuously assess and improve HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.

Manage cross-functional HR projects, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with stakeholders.

Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Partner with HR Business Partners and other HR teams to drive HR strategy and programs that support the business.

Collaborate with HR technology teams to implement and maintain HR systems and tools.

Monitor and analyse HR program metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend changes to improve results.

Compile reports and represent HR at Exco level
