Paid Media Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Paid Social Media Campaign Specialist to join our team and take our brand to new heights. The ideal candidate should have a sound knowledge in social media advertising & campaign management. This individual needs to have a passion for driving growth and the ability to integrate into a high performing team.

You will be responsible implementing effective paid social media campaigns & tactics aimed at delivering high volume lead generation campaigns & scalable brand building initiatives across Meta & TikTok (with scope to integrate into new social media platforms)

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various social media channels
  • Measure and report on the performance of all social paid marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Research & plan emerging social media channels & placements.
  • Research and deploy policy changes to social media platforms.
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple social channels and customer touchpoints.
Requirements:
  • A degree/diploma/certificate in Digital Marketing or related fields
  • At least 2 years' experience managing paid media campaigns, with a proven track record of success.
  • Meta Ads (FB & Instagram)
  • TikTok
  • Google Ads (Including YouTube) - Advantageous
  • LinkedIn (Advantageous)
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights & Reporting suit) and experience in interpreting data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross functional teams.
  • Creativity and innovation in developing advertising strategies and campaigns.
  • Ability to work within a team environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Advantageous:
  • Certification in Facebook blueprint, TikTok Media Buying Certification or Google Analytics, Google Ads Certification.
  • Work experience in Financial Services (Short term Insurance), Retail e commerce, digital media buying and entertainment or in an OTT organization
  • SEM experience in current or prior roles
