iStore is the home of everything Apple, and Africas largest Apple Premium Reseller. With a retail footprint of more than 30 physical and online stores across Africa that provide expert advice, Apple Authorised Repairs, Business, Education, training and technical support for anything and everything Apple.
Within the iStore, our Concierges mission is discovering customers needs. You will be responsible for greeting customers and ensuring all customers are directed accordingly to receive efficient service.
This role is ideal for someone that would need a little flexibility and not a full time role at current. You will be in a flexible position where you will only be required to work 138 hours per month.
You Need To Have
- Completed Matric
- Sales Experience/Customer Service Experience
- Passionate about our products and assisting customers
- Customer Focus, developing great customer relationships and providing the best solutions according to customer needs
- Effective Communication, Clear and impactful communication to address the specific needs of different audiences, using multiple formats and tools
- Situational Awareness, Understanding the situation, demonstrating the right attitude, and taking timelyaction
- Tenacity, demonstrating enthusiasm and urgency, as well as striving for excellence, when it comes to achieving results and dealing with challenges
