A retail training academy situated in Epping, Cape Town is looking to employ a part time trainer/facilitator.
Job requirements:
- As this position does not have any guaranteed working hours, the position would best suite someone who is looking to supplement their income and who is flexible enough to meet the often erratic training demands of our client.
- Ideally a ‘foodie’ who is retired or a person who has a flexible part time job.
- Remuneration will be paid strictly on a freelance basis, for actual hours worked.
- The position commences in January 2018.
- The ideal candidate would have a passion for food and food related industries.
- Have relative hands on experience in a food environment (retail / hospitality).
- Have a sound knowledge of HMR and deli products, as well as fresh produce.
- Have strong classroom and practical training skills and be able to facilitate groups of 12 to 15 shop-floor learners in a participative and positive environment.
- Be available to work on a part time basis Monday to Friday, as needed. No weekend work involved.
- Own transport would be recommended.
