Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for building impactful partnerships? Were looking for a Partner Manager to lead and grow our partner ecosystem across South Africa and the broader Saharan region. In this high-impact role, youll drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and shape the future of our partner strategy in one of our most dynamic markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the partner strategy for South Africa, aligning with global objectives and local market dynamics.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential channel and alliance partners.
- Enable and empower partners through training, resources, and joint business planning.
- Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with marketing and sales teams to accelerate growth.
- Monitor performance and pipeline, delivering actionable insights and regular reporting to leadership.
- Be the trusted advisor for partners, managing escalations, fostering engagement, and ensuring mutual success.
- 5+ years of experience in channel, alliance, or partner management, ideally in the tech or software industry.
- Deep knowledge of the South African business and technology landscape.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- A proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
- Willingness to travel within South Africa as needed.
