- Process parts orders and backorders efficiently and effectively
- Provide feedback and status updates to the customer
- Actively sell parts to customers Tele sales and pick up on leads for potential sale
- Liaise with customers to generate quotes and follow with reason for rejections to be analysed
- Follow up on all parts outstanding and provide/communicate progress to the customer, daily
- Create credit returns in line with the credit return policy
- Maintain all back orders and sales linked to outstanding purchase orders
- Handling of cash sales / credit card sales
- Relate to all SAP and CRM transactions / Internal and external customers afterhours/ standby
- Following up on open quotes
- Grade 12.
- Relationship building skills.
