accurate payment of monthly salaries by preparing and capturing payroll inputs efficiently and timeously on the payroll system, whilst ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies.
Requirements:
- Matric;
- Payroll experience;
- Proficient in all MS Office packages;
- Payroll Admin Systems Experience (e.g. VIP or similar payroll package);
- Understanding of Core Payroll Principles;
- Up to date knowledge of changes in legislation.
Duties:
- Processing and payment of salaries on a monthly basis;
- Maintenance of timesheets and attendance registers;
- Ensure correctly authorised and approved;
- Re-perform all calculations to ensure accurate inputs for payroll.
Salary:
- R10000-R12000 per month;
