Job description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive diary management
  • International and domestic flight bookings
  • International visa applications with supporting documentation
  • International accommodation and shuttle arrangement
  • Hotel bookings and car hire
  • Planning and coordinating of annual sales incentive trip
  • Brand management within the company
  • Ad hoc marketing and event responsibilities
  • Management of staff
  • Minute taking
  • Presentation setup and compilation for EXCO and DCE meetings
  • Purchasing and management of office groceries and stationary
  • Purchasing of miscellaneous office purchases
  • Monthly reporting
  • Transportation of staff that are travelling to and from airport and/or Guatrain
  • Managing the petty cash.
  • Arranging the REDPRIDE award meetings
  • Invoices for verification and approval
  • Handling of certain expenses claims for the sales team
  • Upload invoices on our Ariba system
Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum requirement is a Matric (Grade 12) qualification or similar qualification and/or experience.
  • Suitable business management diploma or degree advantageous
  • Previous experience within similar role
  • Superior business communication skills (Spoken and Witten)
  • Good communication skills
  • Computer Proficiency
  • Valid Code 08 drivers license and own reliable transport
