About this role in the team:
You will be the first point of contact for our C-suite to help organise, plan and track communications within the leadership team. You will support the broader C-suite as the team navigates the hyper-growth phase at BVNK.
This exciting role requires extraordinary attention to detail, great organization and prioritization skills. You must be able to take initiative to run the executive support function independently. In addition, be flexible to pivot direction quickly and to meet deadlines - all while focusing on multiple deliverables simultaneously.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
- Managing internal and external stakeholders interacting with the C-suite team.
- Diary and email management, assessing priority of meetings and reallocation as necessary.
- Filtering, and prioritizing, key communications within the C-suite team.
- Prioritize and manage time-sensitive, confidential information to ensure appropriate actions are implemented.
- Track and support the completion of key deliverables plus follow up on outstanding issues to include meeting notes and action items.
- Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the C-suite team
- Expense reporting for the C-suite team
- Manage action items and to-do lists on Jira
- Assist with background checks
- Manage documents for signature
- Organize team activities and special projects.
- 3 or more years of experience providing support to senior leadership.
- A university degree
- Significant experience assisting C-suite level in a fast-paced Fintech environment.
- Exemplary written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A flexible, proactive approach to work including the ability to prioritize.
- Ability to take initiative to solve problems.
- Discretion and professionalism working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to anticipate the changing needs of the C-suite.
