Personal assistant required

Temporary PA & office assistant is required in Sunningdale, Cape Town to handle admin load from busy business executive.

Job responsibilities:

  • Take and make multiple telephone calls daily
  • Generate new quotes
  • General emails & admin
  • Do daily quote followup calls
  • Will work off a strict daily task schedule

Job requirements:

  • Excellent selling, negotiating skills will be an advantage as part of job will be to ‘close deals’
  • Have excellent writing, spelling & telephone skills
  • Fully computer literate
  • Fully Word, Excel & Powerpoint literate
  • Have excellent organizing skills
  • Must have own reliable transport
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm and off weekends.
  • Salary depending on skills & experience + 2% sales commission paid monthly
