The position will be remote for the first two months before transitioning into a hybrid/office-based arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary & Email Management Maintain and coordinate the CEOs schedule, prioritising meetings and ensuring smooth calendar flow.
- Inbox Oversight Monitor, organise, and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO where appropriate.
- Travel Arrangements Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Meeting Support Schedule and prepare meetings, including drafting agendas, taking notes, and following up on action points.
- Document & File Management Maintain organised records and ensure quick access to important information.
- General Administration Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to keep operations running efficiently.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and professional phone/email etiquette.
- Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information.
- Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks at once.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Friendly, approachable, and adaptable a sense of humour and enthusiasm are essential!
