Personal Assistant to CEO (Travel Industry)

We are looking for a highly organised, efficient, and personable Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a leading travel company. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, and can bring a positive, can-do attitude to their work every day.

The position will be remote for the first two months before transitioning into a hybrid/office-based arrangement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diary & Email Management Maintain and coordinate the CEOs schedule, prioritising meetings and ensuring smooth calendar flow.
  • Inbox Oversight Monitor, organise, and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO where appropriate.
  • Travel Arrangements Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Meeting Support Schedule and prepare meetings, including drafting agendas, taking notes, and following up on action points.
  • Document & File Management Maintain organised records and ensure quick access to important information.
  • General Administration Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to keep operations running efficiently.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and professional phone/email etiquette.
  • Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information.
  • Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Friendly, approachable, and adaptable a sense of humour and enthusiasm are essential!
