Personal Assistant to Director and Management

  • The successful candidate will be working directly with management and will have to be very precise and highly admin orientated.
  • Own transport
  • Living within the Helderberg area preferably
  • Accounting knowledge advantageous
  • Business, email an telephone ethics
  • Knowledge on Pastel Accounting or an accounting system would be advantageous
  • Willing to work in a high stress environment
  • All rounder
  • Positive attitude
  • Keeping diary and reminders
  • Any and all add-hoc duties as needed by director and management
  • May be needed to drive on occasions for documentation
  • All admin duties, from insurance, accounts, vehicles and any other needed admin.
  • Clean criminal record and willing to give us permission for a criminal/fraud check
  • Must have contactable references
  • Must know Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher etc)
