A retail Pharmacy is currently recruiting for a Pharmacist in Kurgersdorp

Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- BPharm / equivalent qualification
- Registered with the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC)
- Computer literate – MS Office
- Retail Pharmacy experience
- Proven clinical proficiency as a pharmacist
- Sound judgment and problem solving skills
- Concern for excellence e.g. accuracy and adherence to standards and standard operating procedures
- Ability to function independently but also work well within a team
- Informed regarding industry matters and the ability to evaluate the impact of these factors on pharmacy operations and implement changes when required
- Consistent ethical behavior
- Value and support diversity in the workplace
- Service commitment
- no police record
- no credit judgement
- no pending cases at the Pharmacy Council
Key Outputs
- Dispensing of prescriptions
- Administration and processing of patient and retail accounts
- Stock management e.g. ordering, receiving and issuing of stock according to stock
- management principles
- Continuous professional development
- Ensure client satisfaction
- MUST know retail pharmacy
- be able to solve problems and be flexible at all times
- need to have some experience in community pharmacy and not corporate pharmacy
- need to be friendly and be able to work as a team
