Pilot POS Technician

Our client, a restaurant group with a collection of bespoke restaurants, is looking for Pilot pos Technician. The Pilot pos Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and technical support.

Requirements

• Understanding of Pilot pos system
• Add and register users and waiters
• Report management
• Setup a database for new sites
• Pilot HQ experience would be beneficial
• Add suppliers and items on the master, prep, bulk, etc
• Integrate third party services
• Configure network and serial printers
• Stock control and troubleshooting
• PLU and RM costing
• Pilot day to day support
• Microsoft operating systems from Windows 10 up until Windows Server 2022 but not limited
• Ability to build, maintain and repair computers, laptops and servers
• Strong fundamentals of networking and understanding of WLAN, WAN and LAN environments.
