Seeking an experienced pizza chef in Cape Town.
Job requirements:
- Must have worked in a very busy kitchen.
- Must have incredible passion for what you do.
- You must have knowledge and experience of making Napoli / Neapolitan style pizza by hand and using 2 x wood fired pizza ovens simultaneously at 400c / 900F (expect to make around 200 pizzas a day).
- You must be highly skilled, from the making of the dough, working of the dough and in hand stretching the dough and be able to bake up 4 to 8 pies at a time.
