To provide secretarial and administrative support in a well organised and timely manner in respect of all Body Corporate Clients.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the compilation of Annual General Meeting Packs
- Liaise with Trustees and action any necessary items or queries
- Maintain statutory files and minute books
- Capture payments of corporate saver
- Compile documents for levy clearance
- Maintain filing and ensure it is accurate and up to date
- Planning and Time Management
- Written and verbal communication
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Tact and discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft packages
- Must have a Matric certificate
- 3-5 years Administration / Clerical experience
- Secretarial experience is an advantage
- Pastel
- Corporate Saver Knowledge
