Lead Strategy, Planning & Organisational Performance

E2 Investments is seeking a highly motivated, strategically minded and experienced professional to take on the Lead Strategy, Planning & Organisational Performance role. The individual will drive and lead the implementation of the organisations strategic projects. The role involves managing project implementation, operational planning, leading the monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of initiatives against our Big Hairy Audacious Goals (BHAGs). The ideal candidate will be organised and possess strong analytic decision-making, strategy, project management and leadership skills to ensure strategic alignment with E2 Investments goals.
