- Ensure compliance to all applicable legal requirements and cops
- Performance assessment of foremen and artisans
- Disciplinary hearings
- Responsible for implementing safe work standards and procedures
- Ensures adherence to the companys health and safety standards
- Planned maintenance of plant and equipment.
- Co-operation with operational team to ensure plant throughput and production targets are met
- Support the Plant Manager in operational duties, including human resource management
- Grade 12
- GCC Mines & Works
- National Diploma or Degree in the Engineering field
- MDP or equivalent
- 10 15 years experience in a plant mining environment
- Salary: R1.5M/yr R1.7M/yr, salary negotiable
