- Managing the Rendering Plant, Effluent Plant, and Boiler plant.
- Overseeing the production and maintenance of the above plants.
- Ensuring that the above-mentioned plants are well maintained and comply with all legislation required.
- Ensuring continuous production in the Rendering plant with excellent-quality meal
- produced within the required standards set.
- Ensuring that the effluent water complies at all times with the municipal standards.
- Understanding of ISO standards and OHSACT (No. 85, 1993).
The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum National Diploma, Btech or N6 or studying towards.
- Being in possession of a trade certificate as a Millwright will be advantageous.
- Must be computer literate.
- At least 10 years experience as an Artisan.
- At least 5 years of management experience in an operation supervisory role.
- Wastewater treatment experience is essential.
- Good management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Have at least 5 to 10 years of supervisory/ management experience.
- It is essential that the candidate have a passion for implementing 20 Keys.
- Experience in the FMCG environment will be an added advantage.
- Management Development Program (MDP) will be an added advantage.
