About You
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS.
- Degree in Food Science or Food Technology or other relevant qualification.
- Minimum 10 years experience within quality and food safety in a FMCG environment, minimum 5 years leadership/management experience.
- Must have working experience in a food processing & manufacturing environment including laboratory management, quality control, quality assurance, auditing.
- Excellent knowledge of the applicable quality & food safety systems (ISO, FSCC 22000, PRPs, HACCP, GMP, etc.) and the application thereof.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication and writing skills
- Stakeholders management
- Leadership skills
