JOB DESCRIPTION
Managment of resesidential walled complexes inclusing sectional titles & HOA we provide consultatio, administration & secreterial function to our clients. All areas legislative decisions. Assist with required amendments to conduct / managment rules. Advising client to comply to provisions of non-profit companies. Liaising with creditors / debtors and bookkeepers to ensure that all financial matters are kept up to date.
assisting with claim relating matters with insurance brokers.
