Alphen Park, Pretoria East: LITIGATION SECRETARY (THIRD PARTY CLAIMS)
Minimum Requirements:
-Female (non BEE position)
-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (First and second languages)
-Matric / Grade 12
-3 to 5 years experience in High Court & Magistrate’s Court Litigation and Third Party Claims against RAF (all claims relating to injuries sustained by individuals in vehicle accidents and claims arising from Motor Vehicle accidents from instruction until to finalizing claim)
-Fully independently functional
-Able to work under pressure essential for this position
-Computer literate in MS Office
-Computer literacy in Legal Suite advantageous
-Excellent and accurate typing skills
-Own reliable vehicle (Firm not on bus route)
-Stable employment record (no job hoppers)
-Contactable References
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-High Court & Magistrate’s Court Litigation
-Third Party Claims (Motor Vehicle accidents) against Road Accident Fund from instruction until to finalizing claim
-All RAF claims relating to injuries sustained by individuals in vehicle accidents and claims arising from Motor Vehicle accidents
-Medical Fund claims
-Drafting and typing of legal documents
-General secretarial and administrative duties
Salary: R 12 000.00 – R 15 000.00 gross (Depending on relevant experience)
