Below is some information about the role:
- Experience in mapping HR processes in HR systems will be beneficial, but it is not essential
- The incumbent will build the strawman of the process in the first 3-5 days and from there come up with questions which can be addressed / posed at the workshops
- The client is currently using SAP SuccessFactors, and they want to integrate with ServiceNow
- This person will ideally be able to identify handover points
- The successful candidate would need to understand systems, for example what is on cloud and what is on premise
